Meritore Technologies is a global IT services and solutions firm serving commercial enterprises, federal civilian and defense agencies, and state and local governments. Headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia and operating from delivery centers across the United States and India, we bring fifteen years of disciplined execution to the work our customers depend on.
Meritore Technologies has spent fifteen years delivering technology programs for federal agencies, state governments, and commercial enterprises. We bring senior practitioners, established delivery discipline, and the willingness to be accountable for outcomes our customers can measure.
Meritore Technologies was founded in 2010 by a small group of engineers who had spent years inside large federal systems integrators and recognized a gap. Agencies and enterprises needed technology partners who would actually solve problems rather than expand statements of work, who would staff projects with practitioners who knew the work cold, and who would stay accountable for outcomes after the contract was signed.
We started with a few federal subcontracts and one principle: deliver work the customer would willingly cite as past performance. Over fifteen years the firm has grown to three offices, a multi-discipline practice spanning fifteen technology areas, and a roster of federal, state, and commercial customers who continue to engage us across contract cycles. That continuity is the metric we care about.
The firm is an SBA 8(a) certified small business, Virginia SWaM and SBSD certified, and a Minority Business Enterprise. We hold GSA Multiple Award Schedule contracts and active state IT services contracts across multiple jurisdictions. Our headquarters remain in Ashburn, where the company started.
These are the operating principles the firm has built around. They are not mission statement words. They are how we make decisions when nobody is reviewing the choice.
Statements of work define what we are paid for. They do not define what we are responsible for. If a customer needs an outcome that requires us to look beyond the contracted scope, the conversation starts with what is right for them and ends with how the commercial structure adapts.
Our engagement model puts experienced engineers on customer problems from day one. We do not staff projects with juniors who will learn on the customer’s time and budget. When a junior is on the team, the work they do is reviewed by someone who has shipped that exact thing before.
Fifteen years of delivery has taught us that the firms who execute reliably for decades are the ones with documented runbooks, structured change management, predictable cadences, and engineering reviews that catch problems early. We invest in the boring infrastructure that makes long-term delivery sustainable.
Meritore is led by practitioners who have spent careers building, deploying, and operating technology programs. The leadership team carries the same standards across federal, state, and commercial work.
Founded Meritore Technologies in 2010 after a decade inside large systems integrators and federal program offices. Holds direct accountability for federal program delivery, customer relationships, and the firm’s strategic direction. Engages personally on every major proposal and pursues teaming relationships with primes across the federal contracting community.
Practice leads across data engineering, applied AI, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and managed services own the technical direction within their disciplines. Engagement partners serve as the single accountable point of contact on customer programs. The combination keeps senior practitioners involved in the work from proposal through warranty period.
Meritore Technologies holds active certifications that qualify the firm for set-aside contracts at the federal level and supplier diversity programs at state and enterprise customers. These are not credentials we maintain for marketing purposes. They are active operating designations that define how we can be engaged on specific procurements.
For supplier diversity teams: detailed certification documentation, NAICS codes, GSA contract numbers, UEI, CAGE, and DUNS information are available on request through our federal procurement contact.
Meritore Technologies operates as a prime contractor on programs sized to our delivery capacity and as a subcontractor under primes on programs where our 8(a) credential and specialized capabilities add value. We maintain active teaming relationships across the federal contracting community.
As prime, we hold direct customer relationship, full P&L responsibility, and accountability for delivery. We pursue prime work on programs where our 8(a) status creates set-aside eligibility and where the scope aligns with our delivery capacity. We routinely structure subcontract teams under our prime to extend specialized capabilities or geographic reach.
As a subcontractor, we provide our 8(a) status, named past performance, and specialized practice depth to primes pursuing larger programs. We work as an accountable engineering partner inside a prime’s delivery team, with clear ownership of specific work packages and measurable contributions to the prime’s overall delivery commitment.
Active partner program memberships across the major enterprise platforms we deliver against. The partnerships provide access to licensing, technical certifications, and pre-release roadmap visibility on customer engagements.
Federal primes seeking 8(a) subcontract teammates can reach our teaming desk directly.
